All goods leave us fully checked and in perfect condition. We're sure you will be delighted with your purchase but, if you are not 100% satisfied, return it to us in the original box in a saleable condition within 14 days and we will refund your payment in full.

Please note for items made from your own photograph we only make refunds if any materials prove to be faulty. The quality of the image reproduced depends entirely on the quality of the photograph you supply.
